Pamukkale is a well known tourist attraction in western Turkey and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Beautiful travertine pools of Pamukkale are formed by the accumulation of calcium carbonate over thousands of years. 17 hot springs around the area feed Pamukkale and are under protection. On the hill of Pamukkale is the ancient city of Hierapolis which is almost 2000 years old. First a Greek and later a Roman city, Hierapolis has the largest ancient necropolis in Turkey. Also there is a large amphitheater, two ancient city gates and a lot of other structures are still intact and present in Hierapolis.

Aphrodisias has been known for its beautiful marble sculptures and other stone arts. This large ancient city is full of surprises and takes some time to fully see everything in it. Aphrodisias is named after Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty. Rightfully deserves its name, the most beautiful stone-works including some of the most popular sculptures of the Roman era are kept in the Aphrodisias Museum. Aphrodisias is an inevitable stop for the history and art-loving travelers.

• You will be picked up from your hotel at about 08:30 in the morning.
• First stop is Aphrodisias. Here you will see Sebasteion, Theater, Agora, Tiberius Portico, Hadrian Baths, Bishop Palace, Aphrodite Temple, Odeon, Stadium, Tetraphylon and the Aphrodisias Museum.
• After the Aphrodisias tour we will have a lunch in a local restaurant and head to Pamukkale.
• We will visit Necropolis, Roman Baths, Domitian Gate, Latrina, Oil Factory, Frontinus Street, Agora, Byzantium Gate, Triton Fountain, Cathedral, Apollon Temple, Plutonium, Theater, Antique Pool in Hierapolis. Later we will walk through the travertine terraces of Pamukkale without shoes and socks.
• Pamukkale and Aphrodisias tour ends at 16:30. You will be taken back to your hotel after the tour.
